Freight accuracy
We distinguish facts, assumptions, estimates, judgment, and unknowns. Decision breakdowns identify the information available at the moment and do not let the final outcome silently rewrite what was known earlier.
Material operating guidance receives freight-qualified review. Time-sensitive material records a last-reviewed date.
Sourcing
We prefer primary laws, regulations, official guidance, original public records, and directly inspectable sources. We identify sources near the claims they support and do not fabricate a source, benchmark, quotation, customer, carrier, or learner story.
Scenario classification
Every decision scenario is labeled as a hypothetical scenario, composite scenario, based on practitioner experience, or based on a public case or source. Composite and practitioner-based material is reviewed for re-identification risk.
Confidentiality
We do not publish private customer information, employer rates or freight, private learner material, learner responses, participant data, credentials, access links, or internal systems. Changing a name alone is not sufficient anonymization.
Claims
We do not publish unsupported claims about learner competency, company ROI, retention, loss reduction, salary, earnings, certification value, or guaranteed outcomes. An incomplete freight scenario is not presented with false certainty.
Corrections
Material errors are corrected on the main article page first. A dated note will explain what changed. Relevant newsletter, video, and social versions will be updated or annotated when the correction matters.
Review metadata
Decision pages record publication date, last-reviewed date, scenario classification, sources, and authorship. Personal information is limited to what readers need to assess the work.
Editorial independence
A sponsor, partner, customer, or affiliate relationship does not determine the instructional conclusion. Material relationships must be disclosed, and paid placement may not be presented as independent analysis.
